The story

A visual novel about a jury in a small American town in autumn: twelve neighbors, one arson trial, and a podcast that won’t wait for the verdict.

It is autumn in a little county seat, the kind of town where the diner knows your order and the courthouse clock is a few minutes slow. Then someone burns down a building, and the town has to decide who did it.

You are Juror Seven. In a town this small, you know half the people in the courtroom. Your best friend Paloma runs a true-crime podcast and is already recording episodes about the case, and half the town is listening.

Twelve Neighbors is about what it takes to change your mind, or to hold your ground when eleven people want to go home. You will vote, argue over pie at Hoff’s, and find out how other players voted at the same moment.
